Refund Policy

What you’re buying

When you buy from our shop on TheSyllabus.world, you are purchasing a digital product, delivered via a download and/or a Canva link.

You are not purchasing:

  • Canva Pro (if required for certain elements)

  • Custom design services (unless explicitly stated)

  • A transferable license for redistribution or resale

Because this is a digital product, access is typically delivered immediately after purchase.

Standard policy for digital products

All sales are final once access is delivered (download available and/or link provided), except for the eligible refund situations listed below.

Reason: digital products cannot be “returned” once delivered.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind. Examples: “I don’t need it anymore,” “I found something else,” “It’s not my style.”
  • Canva skill level or preference. Examples: you don’t know how to edit in Canva, or you prefer a different tool.
  • Canva account limitations or platform issues. Examples: certain elements require Canva Pro, your account restricts template use, Canva is down.
  • Compatibility assumptions not stated in the listing. Example: expecting one-click import into Mailchimp/Klaviyo/Flodesk/HubSpot unless the listing explicitly promises that.
  • You accessed/used the template. If you’ve accessed the link and begun using the template, we generally can’t refund.
  • Promotions and pricing changes. No refunds for price changes, missed discount codes, or limited-time sales.
  • Licensing misunderstandings. Purchases made intending to use templates in ways not permitted by our license (for example: creating products for sale or running paid ads) are not refundable.

Troubleshooting checklist (before contacting support)

Most issues are quick fixes. Please try:

  1. Confirm you’re logged into the correct Canva account
  2. Open the link in Chrome
  3. Try incognito/private mode
  4. Disable ad blockers/extensions temporarily
  5. If Canva says “Pro required,” swap Pro elements for free ones (we can guide you)
  6. If you see “Request access,” send us a screenshot (usually a permission fix)
